Therapy with Crafts workshop is ideal for women who would like to recall their childhood memories, or any chapter of their lives that means a lot to them.
You will be doing a collage creating a beautiful picture of your life with photos and crafts materials which will bring happiness into your heart every time you see it.
You don’t need to be good at arts or crafts, you will do it your own way using a written story, poem, images, photos or any material that will connect you with your past and express your experience in a tangible way.
Therapy with crafts will make you feel that you have expressed a memory, something within you, that you can be seen and touched making it a treasure forever.

Therapy with Crafts can also be delivered on a one-to-one bases
Cost & Registration
Group workshops: £35 per participant (90 minutes)
One to one: £55 (50 minutes) in Surbiton
