I'm a qualified and experienced women's counsellor based in Surbiton, Surrey. The areas that I have been involved in counseling women are women who have suffered childhood abuse, neglect, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder-PTSD after rape and abortion, postnatal traumas and grief. Some are aware of these traumas but the majority is not. Some suffer from lack of assertiveness, anxiety, stress, anger, rage, sadness and broken attachment with people.

As a women's counsellor I treat every client’s situation as unique and therefore my counselling approach is integrative and holistic. I use different techniques during our counselling sessions tailored to each client’s needs being these CBT, person centre, inner child, body psychotherapy, dance and movement and the arts.

I provide counselling for women in Surrey in a save environment where I guide them towards a full life. As a women's counsellor the techniques I use will produce real change in your behaviour and performance, helping you to manage your life in a better way. Confidentiality is my priority so you will feel free to speak openly and honestly with me.

When I work with children and adolescents I work with the mother once a month in order to reinforce what has been learned during the sessions. Therapy with make-up  and therapy with crafts works well with adolescence clients. As the author of Real Healing after Caesarean, a book that talks about trauma after childbirth & Post Traumatic Stress Disorder-PTSD, I can empathized with parental struggles and ways to cope with parenting stress.

Life Coaching for Women  sessions are held at Surbiton, Surrey Tuesday till Thursday from 9.30am-2.00pm and from 8pm-9.30pm. You need to book your 1 hour assessment session in advance at a cost of £45.

In order to see improvement in your life the minimum recommended length is 12 sessions. Each session last 50 minutes. You can take one session a week or two sessions every two weeks. Cost per session is £55. Reduced level of charges are available.
